SHIPPING & RETURNS
At Yuviee, we aim to make your shopping experience smooth and transparent.
Shipping Policy
• We currently ship within India only.
• Orders are processed within 1–3 business                Days
• Delivery usually takes 4–7 business days,  Depending on location.
• Shipping charges, if applicable, are Calculated at checkout.
• Once shipped, tracking details will be shared   with the customer.
Replacement & Exchange Policy
 At Yuviee, we offer replacement or size         exchange under the following conditions:
1. Size Exchange
• If the size does not fit, you may  request a size exchange.
• Size exchange is subject to availability of the requested size.
• The request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
• The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact.
• A reverse shipping fee of ₹100 will be charged for all size exchange requests.

2. Damaged Product
• If you receive a damaged product, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery.
• Clear images or videos of the damage must be shared for verification.
• Once approved, a replacement will be arranged.
• A reverse shipping fee of ₹100 will be applicable. 

3. Incorrect Product Received
• If you receive a product different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
• Clear images of the product must be shared.
• A replacement will be arranged after verification.
• A reverse shipping fee of ₹100 will be charged.

Important Notes
• All replacement or exchange requests are subject to product availability and quality check.
• Requests raised after 48 hours of delivery will not be accepted.
• Minor colour variations due to lighting or screen resolution are not considered defects.
• Reverse shipping fee is non-refundable.
