2. Products & Information
  •    All products displayed on the website are                       subject   to availability.
  •    We strive to display product images,                               descriptions, and details as accurately as possible.
  •    However, slight variations in color, texture, or              fit may occur due to lighting, photography,                   screen resolution, or fabric batches.
    •    Such variations are natural and do not qualify              as defects.

3. Pricing & Payments
    •    All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR).
    •    Prices may be inclusive or exclusive of taxes as              mentioned on the product page.
    •    Yuviee reserves the right to change product                  prices at any time without prior notice.
    •    Payments are processed through secure third-             party payment gateways.

4. Orders
   •    Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled             or modified.
   •    Yuviee reserves the right to cancel or refuse any          order due to product unavailability, pricing                   errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.
    •    In such cases, any amount paid will be                             refunded     to the original payment method.

5. Shipping & Delivery
   •    We currently ship across India.
   •    Orders are usually processed within 1–3                        business days, excluding weekends and public               holidays.
   •    Delivery timelines may vary based on location,             courier partner, or unforeseen circumstances.
   •    Yuviee is not responsible for delays caused by               courier services, weather conditions, or force                  majeure events.

6. Replacement & Exchange
 • Yuviee offers replacement or size exchange                   under specific conditions (detailed in Shipping &       Returns policy).
 • Replacement or exchange requests must be                   raised within 48 hours of delivery.
  •  All requests are subject to verification and                   product availability.

7. No Refund Policy
 •  Yuviee currently does not offer refunds.
 •  Only replacements or size exchanges are                         permitted as per policy.

     Replacement & Reverse Shipping Charges
 •    All approved replacement or exchange requests         will incur a reverse shipping fee of ₹100.
 •   This fee covers pickup and processing charges.
 •   Reverse shipping charges must be paid before the        replacement is initiated.
 •    Yuviee reserves the right to revise shipping                  charges at any time without prior notice.
 

8. Customer Responsibilities
•  Customers must provide accurate shipping and            contact details.
•   Yuviee is not liable for delivery issues due to                 incorrect or incomplete address details.
•   Customers are advised to carefully review the size       chart before placing an order.

•    All website content including images, designs,             logos, text, and graphics are the intellectual                   property of Yuviee.
•    Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or                        commercial use is strictly prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability
•    Yuviee shall not be liable for any indirect,                      incidental, or consequential damages arising                 from           the use of our products or website.

•    Liability, if any, shall be limited to the value of            the purchased product.

•    Any disputes shall be subject to Indian                            jurisdiction.
